Hey everyone!
I am excited to use this platform to talk about major projects I’m working on. One of the things I have been thinking about the past few months is what can I do to leave a positive impact on the tech and cyber community. I have a passion for programming, data engineering, cloud architecture, 3d printing, and mentoring others.
I wear a few different hats and my experience comes from time working in Military Intelligence and Cybersecurity for the US Army, as well as being a Solution Architect at a software startup and now a Solution Architect at Caterpillar. I have a variety of experience ranging from database administration, programming in Python and Java, data science and machine learning, data engineering, and devops.
I have started an open source project on github (artifactor) and I am hoping to get to a place where it helps fill a gap I’ve seen after talking with many friends and partners. Hopefully I am not just making up the gap either… lol.
Artifactor is meant to help scan any number of hosts in parallel for incident response artifacts using basic SSH/WinRM connections.. There are plenty of tools out there, but I don’t think any are as lightweight and easy to use. The tool is flexible and adaptable.. and will continue to be so. It can gather any artifact retrievable from SSH or WinRM commands… so just about anything.
Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to sharing more.
